FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
This varies depending on your package! The longer we shoot, the more photos we're going to have. Obviously, they may not all be perfect but I'm not going to limit precious pictures of your family. The number of images on your package reflects the bare minimum you will get but if I get more perfect shots, you'll get more perfect photos!
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
You tell me. Nobody knows your newborn like you do. I want your family to feel comfortable during our sessions. No "smile and hold still" or forced newborn posing from me. I want your newborn to be able to stretch out on your bed while you play with their fingers and toes. Cuddle up in your glider and feed them. You do your routine and I'll just be hanging out in the background capturing it all.
hOW LONG UNTIL I HAVE MY GALLERY?
All galleries, excluding weddings, will be delivered within two weeks. When I tell you guys that I am obsessed with this, I mean it. Most times, I start editing as soon as I get home. My poor husband has to come in most nights after a session and ask me to come to bed. As fall is seemingly a busy season, I'm going to go ahead and say two weeks to give me some extra time.
As for weddings, the entire gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks. I can give you a sneak peek within a week and if you get a package with behind-the-scenes footage, that will be delivered within 24 hours so you can post right away!
How should we dress for our family session?
Whatever is comfy and feels good for your family. I LOVE styling questions and will absolutely send you styling guides and inspo pictures for your sessions if you'd like! Soft patterns, neutral colors and textures photograph so well together. Remember, you want to coordinate with each other, not wear the same color.
Where will our sessions be?
I'm located in Circleville, OH but I can travel anywhere within a 60 mile radius for no additional fee!
I have several beautiful outdoor locations that I suggest to my clients if that is something you're interested in. A lot of clients have requested to do in-home sessions and I have found that this works great for those with small kiddos. Something about me being in their space with all their toys and things makes it even more fun!
If you're wanting indoor photography somewhere other than your own home, a studio fee will be added to your session to cover that cost but there are some BEAUTIFUL studios within 60 miles of Circleville and some even here in town!
